US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Processing time for orders is 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time is different than processing time. Please track your package once shipping notification is received for a more accurate delivery date. Please allow 48 hours for shipping status to update. If you receive a notification that your package was delivered but cannot find it, please allow 1-2 business days before contacting your local post office.

RETURNS

Missing Items:

For missing items, Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos showing the package and its contents.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages:

You will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier for damaged, lost or stolen packages, which may take up to 60 days to resolve. Kynzlis Kreations is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds:

All Sales are Final. Please be sure of your order before placing it, as no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
